Some children are able to release the Budget XL five point harness or escape from it, which can represent a safety risk. The Padded Waist Strap fits across the childs waist and through the waist strap holes in the seat fabric sides. It can then be secured with the side release buckle at the back of the seat where it cannot be operated by the child. If you prefer the buckle can be fitted at the front, the padded section is retained on the strap with velcro closures which can be used to conceal the buckle. Size: 150cm x 2cm, Padded Section 30cm x 6.5cm, weight 65g. IMPORTANT The built in five point harness should still be used the Padded Waist Strap is intended to supplement the pushchair harness not to replace it. Compatibility - this product can be used with the DoBuggy, Mobiquip (MQ XL) and Excel Elise Neo pushchairs.
