There isn't an official Travel Bag for the Budget XL and it is too large for 'universal' stroller bags. We supply this Lightweight Travel Bag and the more substantial
Heavy Duty Padded Travel Bag.
The Lightweight Travel Bag is generously sized making it easy to pack away the Budget XL including the Footplate and with room to spare for some accessories or other packing. It keeps everything together and protects from dirt.
The 600D Polyester Fabric is reasonably rip resistant but is a thin single layer (not lined or padded) so it will not protect the pushchair against damage and could itself be ripped if abused on say an airline. It's a decent quality and convenient zippable cover for when your Budget XL is being stored or transported but no more.
As well as being half the price of the Heavy Duty Travel Bag a key benefit of the Lightweight Travel Bag is that it is more practical to carry around at an airport while you are using the pushchair and before you arrive at the aircraft gate where you can pack the pushchair up before handing it over.
Helps avoid losing the Footplate which isn't attached to the Budget XL when folded.

The Lightweight Travel Bag protects your Budget XL from dirt and keeps the footplate with the pushchair...but it does not protect against serious knocks or crushing. If you can, get it to the aircraft gate then put the pushchair in the bag, don't hand it over at the checkin desk!
